The short version: the only personal info this site collects is what you type into the contact form, and it goes to me (Sophia) so I can reply about your merch order. I don’t sell it, I don’t run ads, and I don’t put you on a mailing list.
What I collect
When you fill out the contact form at sophiaalonso.com, I receive what you enter: your name, your business name, your email address, and whatever you write about your order (pieces, quantities, dates). None of these fields are hidden and nothing is collected that you can’t see on the form.
Like most websites, the server that hosts this site keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time of visit). I use those only to keep the site running and secure.
Why I collect it
- To reply to you about the merch you asked about.
- To send proofs, quotes, and order updates for a project you started with me.
- To keep a record of past orders so reorders are easy.
I won’t use your info to send marketing emails unless you ask for them, and I won’t add you to a newsletter. There isn’t one.
Tools that touch your data
The form sends your message to a customer relationship system I use to track conversations (currently GoHighLevel), which emails and texts me a copy. Orders themselves are produced and shipped through Fresh Prints, and the details you give me about an order (business name, shipping address, artwork) are shared with Fresh Prints so they can make and deliver it. Fresh Prints has its own privacy policy that covers their side of the process.
The site is hosted on Hostinger. Fonts load from Fontshare and Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from their servers when the page loads; those requests include your IP address the same way any file download does.
Cookies and analytics
This site doesn’t set tracking cookies and doesn’t use advertising pixels. If I add a privacy friendly analytics tool later to see which pages people visit, I’ll update this page to say so. Your browser’s own settings control what gets stored locally.
Sharing
I share your information only with the services above, only to the extent needed to answer you or produce your order. I don’t sell, rent, or trade it. I’ll disclose it if the law requires me to, or to protect someone’s safety.
How long I keep it
Messages and order records are kept for as long as I’m working with you, plus a reasonable period after so reorders and questions are easy to handle. If you want something deleted sooner, email me and I’ll take care of it.
Your choices
- You can ask me what information I have about you.
- You can ask me to correct it or delete it.
- You can tell me to stop contacting you at any time.
Email sophiaalonso@freshprints.com for any of these and I’ll respond within a few business days. New Jersey residents have additional rights under the New Jersey Data Privacy Act, and I’ll honor those requests the same way.
Kids
This site is for business owners and isn’t aimed at anyone under 16. If you think a minor sent me personal information, let me know and I’ll delete it.
Changes
If I change how this site handles information, I’ll update this page and the date at the top. Big changes will also be noted on the home page for a while.
