Using this site

By using sophiaalonso.com you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, that’s fine, just don’t use the site. I may update these terms by changing this page; the date at the top tells you when.

Quotes and orders

Anything you send through the contact form is a request for information. It isn’t an order and I’m not obligated to accept every request. Quotes I send back are estimates based on what you told me and can change if quantities, garments, print locations, or dates change. An order is only confirmed once we’ve agreed on the final proof, price, and timeline in writing (email or text) and any required payment has been made.

Custom apparel is produced through Fresh Prints. Production, shipping, payment terms, and returns for an order are governed by the written order confirmation and Fresh Prints’ policies, not by this website.

Artwork and logos

When you send me a logo, artwork, or text to print, you’re confirming you own it or have permission to use it. You’re responsible for anything printed at your request that turns out to infringe someone else’s rights. I can help you design something original, but I can’t reproduce another brand’s protected marks without permission.

Photos on this site

Photos and videos of finished merch shown here were posted publicly by the businesses they were made for, and appear with their knowledge. If you’re one of those businesses and want something removed or credited differently, email me and I’ll handle it quickly. Product renders are illustrations of real orders and may differ slightly from the physical item.

Site content

The design, copy, and images on this site belong to me or are used with permission. You’re welcome to link to the site and share it. Please don’t copy the designs or images for your own use without asking.

The site links to Instagram and other third party pages. I don’t control those sites and I’m not responsible for what’s on them.

Limits

The site is provided as is. I’ll do my best to keep it accurate and online, but I don’t promise it will always be error free. To the extent the law allows, I’m not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the courts of New Jersey.
